For Memorial Day weekend, me and my friends were looking for something fun and adventurous to do. Since Bindlestiff's 3 Day National Parks Tour only starts on Mondays, I sent them an e-mail asking if there would be a possibility to do a pri..vate tour a few days earlier. Rachel, my contact person at Bindlestiff who also turned out to be our tour guide, helped me organize everything and was so patient and helpful with the planning, I cannot stress enough.
The tour itself was completely packed with attractions, we saw Zion Canyon, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend/Lake Powell within only two days! Rachel made it possible for us to enjoy each stop to its fullest, and we had a great time. We chose to camp for the night and, even though we had no experience camping and slightly dreaded spending a night outside, my friends and I sincerely loved our stay. The camping equipment that Bindlestiff had provided for us were rather new, and the camping ground had an amazing view over the landscape and all of its amenities were very clean. At night, we made a little campfire and ate some s'mores in the light of the full moon.
I seriously recommend planning a trip with Bindlestiff Tours. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. We learned a lot about the geographical circumstances under which these canyons were created and she also knew a lot of fun facts, which I personally love to know :)
If you should need to alter the itinerary, just ask them! They are very accommodating will try hard to still make the trip happen! Our tour was one of my highlights of my stay in the US and I would definitely use Bindlestiff again if I were to come back!

Went to this tour on May 22-24 2013 with family and its a nice trip. best for a small family with no infants or seniors with you or else you will end up exhausted and unsatisfied.
Pros -
1. Economical,
2. multi city,
3. accomodati..on.
Cons -
1. 90% of dining stops are chinese restaurants only
2. Driver is not mannered and as he is not employee of Tours4Fun ,he speaks the way he want to talk with customer. No courtesy. If you request some thing he says i'm not related to Tours4fun.
3. Tour itinenary is not proper (Niagara Dam and Old Fort sucks and Philadelphia is not required instead extra time at Washington is good)
Others -
1. Tour Guide is Ok,
2. No breakfast in the hotels you stay but still you have to get ready by 7AM for touring. (As we are not satisfied with this on day 2 they arranged breakfast on day 3).
3. As mentioned Lunch and dinner is at own cost.
4. No proper information given by guide on Walkin Glen state park as its 2 miles in length with around 1000 steps - hard with children and seniors. Prior information would be very helpful to decide.
Let me give you some more details about this trip so that you can plan it better.
Day 1:- Stop at secret caverns and its very good but not suitable if u cant go down 3 to 4 stairs and come back. Niagara night view - not that as we expected but OK. Night hotel stay is very good.
For lunch - stop at some resting area with few restaurants. not bad.
For Dinner - They stopped at Chinese restaurant which suits for people who love chinese food. We have Burger king near by but they dont stop there even if 50% are interested in dining there - so we just walked to that place and got some.
Day 2:- 7AM to old fort and then to power plant which can be ignored as you will get extra time at Niagara falls as they will drop people there if you skip those 2 places.
Then Maid of the mist - awesome experience
Lunch at Niagara falls Food court building with lots of restaurants - felt better as we can choose food we want.
Dinner stop at chinese restaurant and dropped at hotel at 10 30PM
Day 3:- At 7 AM start to Washington memorials and then to White house and then to Air space museum where they gave 1 hrs 10 mins to see the museum and also have lunch - they are mad. It takes 2 - 3 hrs to enjoy that museum and that too on friday with lot of students in line.
Then moved to Philadelphia to see liberty bell - nothing great and i think they can ignore this and spend extra hrs in air space museum. Read full review
This was an excellent value-packed tour. The driver and the guide were excellent. The tour included several states and some breath-taking sites including Martha's Vineyard homes, food and beaches. The Breakers" Vanderbilt Mansion is amazing....
Alicea, our Guide, was patient, resourceful and gave clear directions/info. we will do it again

This trip is obviously a budget tour, the old saying is you get what you pay for. Be prepared that if you do not want to do all the attractions you will be sitting around and waiting a lot of the time. If you do participate in everything th..ere is a cost of $210 per person plus your $24 per person service fee.
The bus was basic and the seats quite uncomfortable and the tour is definitely packaged towards the Chinese guests with dinner both nights organised at Chinese restaurants and on the night the only other food option close by was Indian. We stopped for 1 hour for dinner 20 minutes from our motel when there were a large variety of different eating options near the motel.
The first two days we were sitting at the front of the bus and there was plenty of leg room but the third day the tour guide reallocated seating and we were relocated to the back of the bus where there was no leg room at all (and I have short legs. The driver advised us that they had put the seats at the back of the bus closer so they could fit another row of seating in. There was also a vibration in the back of the bus that my husband described as either being a tyre out of round or a tyre out of balance. This vibration got worse the faster we went.
On the way home after a delay at US immigration as one of the passengers was refused entry back into the US we finally set off on our way. After about 5 minutes the window directly behind me (on the rear LHS of the bus near the toilet) blew open and my son was able to get it closed but the noise of the wind whistling through the gap and the cold air was terrible.
About 10 minutes later the rear window at the right hand side of the bus started to open. My husband tried to stop it but the handle was at the back of the window and it blew opened, this then caused the window behind me to open again. We told the driver to stop but he just kept driving, not only did he keep driving but he did not slow down. A few seconds later they got the window on the Right Hand Side closed but the window on the Left hand side blew totally off, even after this happened and the tour guide went down to the front of the bus and again told the driver to stop he continued driving for several kilometres before he pulled over.
After he inspected the bus he advised us he would have to drive to the next food stop (20 minutes away) and he would find something to tape it off to get us home because if we had to wait for another bus it would take 7 hours for it to get there.
It was freezing cold at the back of the bus with the window missing and I feel the attitude of the bus driver was disgusting, it does not matter where you are driving if there is an emergency which there obviously was, you can stop for a short time. Had he done that then the window would probably not have blown off.

The tour guide, Jason was good in terms of explaining the sites of interest as well as the added tour to Google, Microsoft and Apple.
However, the city tour at SF, which cost $25 is not worth it. Can give it a go

I don't understand why there aren't more reviews, because I really enjoyed this tour. It was great! We were picked up by a nice shuttlebus driver, someone was waiting for us on the airport, our tourguide (Giuseppe) was very funny and enthus..iastic, the bus was very nice and clean, the busdriver (Melissa) was nice, we had a very luxurious lunch at the Sheraton Hotel.. And most important; we saw everything there was to see! We went on the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour, we saw the American and Canadian side of the Niagara Falls and more. We even went through Buffalo!
I could only recommend this.
The only thing I'll complain about is that the agency is hard to reach when you're reconfirming the reservation 24 hours before. Luckily someone from our hotel could help us out with that.
We really had a great day and if I had to choose again, I would choose this tour.Read full review
Without the power pass I would have spent $173.30 on all the attractions I enjoyed on the strip and downtown. Some of the attractions I thought the admission price was to high but, with the power pass no problem
This was my first time traveling with this company and I was very impressed with their service. Our guides Holly and Crystal were good... The hotel was good.... Overall, I really enjoyed myself....
I visited the West side of US from Italy and had very few days available. I was so lucky to find Bindlestiff Tours. In 3 days, departing from Las Vegas I visited Zion Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. I had ..the chance to hike in Zion Park, Bryce canyon at sunrise, and also had a helicopter tour over the grand Canyon. Rachel our tour guide was so nice that she even accommodated special requests and took us to extra spots like Antelope Canyon and Horsehoe Bend. AMAZING! The best thing about this tour is that it small groups-we had 9 and the tour was perfect we all go on really well and the evenings around the campfire were so much fun. The campground were super modern, hot showers, swimming pools and WIFI! We had a BBQ one night and a steak dinner the next-everyone chipped in to help and it was a great fun evening. The tents are top of the line REI tents and really comfy-they even provide air mattresses! Rachel also really knew her history-clearly an expert on the area which also meant we got to go off the beaten path....SERIOUSLY GREAT TOUR! I cant recommend this tour strongly enough.Read full review

We had a wonderful time at our tour!
Everything was very well planed. The only thing we didn´t like was the food court where we were taken for dinner and lunch, it was a very cheap and food was very greasy.
The sightseeing and everyt..hing else was great, the hotel was also very nice.
